Gabbi is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong background in powerlifting, having competed in several competitions. She combines her practical expertise with her current research into menstrual cycle phase-based resistance training, exploring how tailored training methods can enhance performance, recovery, and adaptation for female athletes.
