Cameron

Cam’s passion for team culture, humility, community and hard work is evident throughout his coaching at Movement Enhanced.
Having been with the gym for over four years, Cam is well versed with the strength and conditioning foundation that Movement Enhanced was built upon.
 
A former electrician come Personal Trainer, Cam has made it his mission to positively impact his community, and those surrounding.
 
Physically, Cam represented his state in junior Rugby Union, senior Tae kwon do and secured a National heavyweight title. In recent times he has turned his hand to endurance sport, within triathlon and ultra marathon racing.

Chloe

Chloe is a dedicated 4th-year student in Clinical Exercise Physiology with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness and health goals. As an ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her training, focusing on evidence-based approaches to enhance performance and recovery.

Outside the gym, Chloe is an avid Brisbane Lions fan, channelling her love for sports into fostering a strong, supportive fitness community. Whether she’s coaching or cheering from the sidelines, Chloe’s energy and enthusiasm are truly inspiring!

Gabbi

Gabbi is a highly experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong background in powerlifting, having competed in several competitions. She combines her practical expertise with her current research into menstrual cycle phase-based resistance training, exploring how tailored training methods can enhance performance, recovery, and adaptation for female athletes.

Passionate about bridging science and practice, Gabbi is committed to helping her athletes achieve peak performance while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
