To request a membership hold, simply fill out the online form below. Please note the following:
Hold request will take effect from the date selected in the below form
Holds can only be done in week blocks. Select the Monday of the week you will be away.
Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically become active, and payments shall resume.
